The 90% pitch
Some brokerages will offer you a 90% split. It sounds great until you do the math. You pay the desk fees. You buy the leads, the technology, the photography and the marketing. Most new agents run out of money before they ever get the chance to learn the job.
We built Florida Showcase Properties around the opposite idea. The brokerage carries the cost of finding customers, so you can spend your time learning to serve them. You start at a 60% split and grow from there, on real, steady business from day one.
From day one
A mentor program
You're paired with an experienced mentor, and you work your first deals together. A lot of brokerages make new agents give up half their early paychecks just to shadow someone. We don't think you should have to pay to learn.
of your side on your first five deals. Your mentor's bonus is paid by the company, not by you.
A numbers game
Out of every ten buyer connections, about six won't work out. They won't buy at all, or they'll end up buying somewhere outside our area. The other four will buy a home here, from somebody. With great follow-up, you can expect to win one of those four, sometimes two.
The agents who succeed here aren't the ones who never hear no. They move past every no quickly, and take great care of every yes.

The honest part
That structure is exactly what turns a new license into a real business.
New customers hear from you fast, while they're still ready to talk.
Every touch is logged, so you build a pipeline that keeps paying you for years.
You won't be handed a desk and told good luck. You'll have people in your corner.
